Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order via the MML online shop  you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.

Hand-Crafted Products

The products for sale are hand-crafted, not mass produced or machine made. Each one is made to order and as such small variations are to be expected between products, this is part of what makes them unique.

Seller

The seller is Martin McLachlan, trading as MML having their registered place of business at 53 Oxford Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6LW. This agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English Law.

Ordering

When you place an order on the website you make an offer to purchase them, we have not made a Contract with you until we accept this order. All products are hand-crafted and subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the product you ordered, or anticipate there to be a delay, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund made.

VAT is not payable on these products, and the website prices shown reflect the total price of the item. Delivery charges will be shown at Checkout as these are calculated based on the number of items and delivery location. Deliveries outside the UK may attract additional charges, and these will be shown before the order is completed.

We will notify you when your order is accepted by eMail.

Payment

Payments made via our website are processed by a third party (“Wix Payments”), we do not process or store your Credit Card or other Payment Information.

Delivery

All delivery dates provided are an estimate and do not form part of the contract, although we shall endeavour to meet this. Products are delivered via Royal Mail and their overseas partners and may require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of a person accepting delivery at the delivery address shall prove the item was delivered.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product to you due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including (but not limited to); adverse weather, transportation issues, or industrial action.

Cancellation and Returns

If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than where products have been made to a custom specification or personalised) at any point up to fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

You are responsible for returning the items in good condition, thereafter a full refund will be issued.

General

Should you wish to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold on you, please send an e-mail to martin@mmlx.co.uk. As soon as we are satisfied as to your identity, we will send to you a copy of all the data that we hold concerning you.
